• Develop, monitor and update project schedules using Microsoft Project in accordance with project contractual requirements, client specifications and approved project execution plans.
• Prepare baseline programmes, recovery programmes, look-ahead schedules and progress reports to support effective project delivery.
• Monitor project milestones, critical path activities and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of pipeline construction works.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure construction activities are executed according to approved schedules.
• Track procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and reinstatement activities to minimise project delays.
• Support project implementation in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System).
• Maintain accurate project records and planning documentation in accordance with company procedures and client requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Project Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project (MS Project) (mandatory).
• Understanding of construction safety and environmental requirements in Malaysia
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site operations.
• Familiar with project reporting, progress tracking and scheduling control.
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
