Develop, monitor and update project schedules using Microsoft Project in accordance with project contractual requirements, client specifications and approved project execution plans.
Prepare baseline programmes, recovery programmes, look-ahead schedules and progress reports to support effective project delivery.
Monitor project milestones, critical path activities and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of pipeline construction works.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure construction activities are executed according to approved schedules.
Track procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and reinstatement activities to minimise project delays.
Support project implementation in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System).
Maintain accurate project records and planning documentation in accordance with company procedures and client requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Project Management or related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
Proficient in Microsoft Project (MS Project) (mandatory).
Understanding of construction safety and environmental requirements in Malaysia
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site operations.
Familiar with project reporting, progress tracking and scheduling control.
