What You’ll Do:
- Support the Customer Service team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Prepare and consolidate reports to support management decisions.
- Assist with documentation, data updates, and process coordination.
- Contribute to smooth day-to-day operations and complete tasks within deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma or Degree in any related field.
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Office 365, SharePoint).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
