vivo Malaysia is looking for HR Intern ! !

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (job posting, resume screening, interview coordination)
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in employee data management and HR documentation filing
• Help prepare HR reports, letters, and internal communications
• Support training & development coordination and record tracking
• Support employee engagement activities and HR events
• Handle ad-hoc HR administrative tasks

Learning Exposure:

• Practical experience in recruitment and HR operations
• Exposure to HR practices, policies, and labor compliance
• Hands-on involvement in training coordination and employee engagement
• Understanding of payroll and HR reporting processes
