Job Responsibilities:

• Support the finance team in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather relevant financial information.
• Assist in processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Support in the preparation of documentation for audits.

Preferred Qualifications / Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Finance or Accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software./
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
