Job Type: Full-time, Overtime Provided
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record daily inventory stock in & out accurately.
- Prepare and submit sales and payment reports from all branches.
- Maintain and update inventory and sales records in a systematic and organized manner.
- Handle documentation, filing, and general administrative duties.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management as required.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience in administration, inventory control, or data entry is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
