Job Scope of an HR Assistant
- Recruitment support Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Employee onboarding Prepare offer letters, collect documents, arrange orientation, and help new employees complete joining formalities.
- HR administration Maintain employee records, update HR databases, manage filing, and ensure documents are accurate and organized.
- Payroll and benefits support Help prepare payroll information, track attendance or leave records, and assist employees with benefits-related questions.
- Employee relations support Respond to basic staff inquiries, support internal communication, and help coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Training and development coordination Arrange training sessions, track participation, and maintain training records.
- Policy and compliance assistance Help ensure HR processes follow company policies and labor regulations, and support audits or documentation checks.
- Performance management support Assist with appraisal documentation, reminders, and recordkeeping for performance review processes.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
