Job Summary
Responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Espec environmental test chambers. Provide on-site technical support to customers, ensure equipment performance, and support service operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform installation, setup, and commissioning of environmental test chambers
- Carry out preventive maintenance and routine servicing
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, refrigeration, and control system issues
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
- Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation
- Technical support, communication with customers and parts arrangement
- Ensure all service work complies with safety and company standards
- Support urgent breakdown calls and minimize equipment downtime
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in field service, industrial equipment is an advantage
- Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge may be considered
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Basic understanding of refrigeration
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and manuals
- Familiar with industrial equipment or test chambers (preferred)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting and email correspondence)
