Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Oversee project execution according to approved drawings and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines.
  • Monitor progress and address any issues to ensure timely completion.


Site Meetings and Coordination:

  • Lead and actively participate in site meetings to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to address project-related concerns and requirements.
  • Identify potential site issues and implement timely solutions to maintain project progress.


Client Communication:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by managing expectations throughout the project.


Team Coordination:

  • Work closely with project team members to achieve project goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to resolve technical and operational challenges.


Internal Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of product samples, mock-ups, and materials to project sites.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between teams to meet project requirements.


Budget and Timeline Management:

  • Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Ensure all projects stay within deadlines and propose adjustments as needed.


Compliance and Quality:

  • Adhere to safety, quality, and legal standards throughout project execution.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to maintain high-quality work.


Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate project records and provide reports to management as required.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the kitchen cabinet or interior design industry.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English are an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
