Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Oversee project execution according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Monitor progress and address any issues to ensure timely completion.
Site Meetings and Coordination:
- Lead and actively participate in site meetings to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to address project-related concerns and requirements.
- Identify potential site issues and implement timely solutions to maintain project progress.
Client Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction by managing expectations throughout the project.
Team Coordination:
- Work closely with project team members to achieve project goals.
- Provide guidance and support to resolve technical and operational challenges.
Internal Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of product samples, mock-ups, and materials to project sites.
- Facilitate smooth communication between teams to meet project requirements.
Budget and Timeline Management:
- Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Ensure all projects stay within deadlines and propose adjustments as needed.
Compliance and Quality:
- Adhere to safety, quality, and legal standards throughout project execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to maintain high-quality work.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate project records and provide reports to management as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the kitchen cabinet or interior design industry.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English are an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
