Job Responsiblities:
- Prepare, review, and manage tender documentation, including cost estimates, budget planning, and submission requirements, ensuring all tenders are completed accurately and submitted within the specified deadlines.
- Attend tender interviews, presentations, and clarification meetings as required to support successful tender submissions.
- Manage monthly progress claims, variation orders, project account finalization, and preparation of payment certificates for ongoing projects.
- Draft, review, and issue Letters of Award (LOA) and Letters of Appointment (LOA) to subcontractors in a timely and accurate manner.
- Source, evaluate, negotiate, and shortlist suitable subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior Contract Executives by promoting knowledge sharing, improving technical capabilities, and enhancing overall team performance.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date contract documentation to ensure effective document control, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Attend site meetings, conduct site valuations, and collaborate closely with project teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Prepare monthly progress reports and assist in the preparation, monitoring, and finalization of project accounts.
- Keep updated on industry regulations, contractual standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and support continuous improvement in project delivery.
- Perform any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in Quantity Surveying expertise and an Interior Design background or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel, strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong project coordination and time management.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier negotiations.
- Experience in contract law or related certifications is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
