任职资格

Education & Experience

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. 
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or printing operations is an advantage. 
  • Fresh candidates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills

  • Ability to understand job sheets, production instructions, and machine operating procedures. 
  • Basic knowledge of machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting. 
  • Experience operating production or printing machinery is an added advantage.

  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. 
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and production targets. 
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

岗位职责

Machine Operation & Production

  • Receive and review work orders from the Supervisor before commencing production. 
  • Read and understand job sheets, production specifications, and operational requirements. 
  • Verify material availability and ensure all required resources are prepared before production starts. 
  • Set up, operate, and adjust production machines according to quality, quantity, and scheduling requirements. 
  • Conduct machine setup and produce samples for approval prior to mass production. 
  • Assist in preparing, checking, and submitting machine setup samples for supervisor approval.

Quality Control & Productivity

  • Monitor machine performance and production output to ensure quality standards are achieved. 
  • Support the Supervisor in monitoring production schedules and workflow progress. 
  • Ensure production targets, productivity levels, and quality requirements are consistently met. 
  • Identify and report production issues, defects, or abnormalities promptly.
     

Equipment Maintenance & Safety

  • Report machine malfunctions, breakdowns, or maintenance requirements to the Supervisor immediately. 
  • Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance as assigned. 
  • Maintain machine cleanliness and ensure proper housekeeping within the production area. 
  • Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines at all times.

General Duties

  • Maintain accurate production records when required. 
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth production operations. 
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
