Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers upon arrival while maintaining the premium image of the showroom.
• Register customer information upon arrival and promptly hand it over to sales consultants for quotations.
• Organize the negotiation area, replenish tea and water, and pack promotional materials.
• Assist sales in completing test drive registration, document verification, and vehicle key management.
• Organize airport documents, archive materials, and provide simple administrative support.
• Implement customer check-in and on-site guidance for parade and dock activities.
• Promptly report customer needs, complaints, and abnormal situations to the manager.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the brand showroom and uphold service standards.

Job Requirements

• Presentable appearance with a professional, enthusiastic, and courteous attitude.
• Basic proficiency in Mandarin or English, with the ability to communicate effectively. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Diligent, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to carry out tasks efficiently.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are encouraged to apply; experience in automotive or retail customer service will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work according to retail or mall operating schedules, with a positive and stable work attitude.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
