To join our WarnaKrew, we are seeking an Information Technology (IT) intern that is self-directed and driven. The IT intern will be responsible for developing and/or designing websites for our company. You will work alongside other developers to create, maintain, and update our websites. In order for you to succeed in this role, you will need to be proficient in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and know programming applications.

Job Scope

• Maintains all website applications.
• Designs, writes, and edits website content.
• Understands UI, cross-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards.
• Creates solutions for identified problems or bugs.
• Communicates with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders daily.
• Executes assignments with the use of web applications, scripts, and programming languages such as PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.
• Assist in developing and validating test routines to ensure the quality of the external and internal interface.
• Assist in designing assignments with web services like REST, SOAP, etc.
• Evaluates written code to ensure it meets industry standards and is compatible with all devices.
• Maintains a professional understanding of web development by tracking trends and participating in study groups.
• Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership of new and different requests.
• Assist in troubleshooting network and configuration.
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware components.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Ability to write and edit technical documentation
• Knowledge of modern HTML/CSS/JavaScript/PHP
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge in computer hardware

Job Type: Internship

Pay: From RM500.00 per month
