We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Assistant to support our Cluster Human Resources Department. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring HR professionals to gain valuable exposure across all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, training, and HR operations, while building a strong foundation as an HR Generalist in the dynamic hospitality industry.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (preferably Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (Able to speak / write in English and Bahasa Malaysia)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Positive attitude, strong self-initiative and a willingness to continuously learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities and job postings
• Coordinate interview arrangements
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support payroll and attendance administration
• Assist in staff onboarding and HR-related activities
• Perform general administrative duties assigned by the HR Department
• As part of the hospitality industry, the successful candidate must be flexible and committed to supporting HR operations beyond regular office hours when required to meet operational needs (when necessary)*
