Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities for carpentry and renovation projects
• Monitor workers’ performance and ensure tasks are completed according to instructions
• Check work progress and ensure it follows project timeline and schedule
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on site requirements
• Report daily/weekly progress updates to Project Manager or Management
• Identify and highlight any site issues, delays, or material shortages
• Ensure tools, materials, and manpower are properly utilized on site
• Assist in resolving minor on-site problems to avoid project delay
• Ensure site cleanliness and safety standards are maintained

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Construction, Building, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in carpentry, renovation, or construction site supervision
• Able to read and understand basic site instructions and drawings (advantage)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, hands-on, and willing to work on-site
• Able to manage workers and ensure work discipline
• Possess own transport is an advantage

Working Conditions:

• Based on project sites (around Klang Valley / assigned locations)
• May require overtime depending on project deadlines
• Hands-on site environment

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
