Responsibilities:
- Initiate/lead quotation requests.
- Negotiation of price with supplier.
- Prepare the BQ and pricing.
- Measurement (back up).
- Coordinate with client/consultant on commercial (BQ) part.
- Attend project meeting.
- Site work evaluation.
- CO/VO/LOC preparation.
- Progress payment to client.
- Sub-contractor/supplier payment verification.
- Final Account with client.
- Final Post show.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by Management.
- Comply to department SOP and company Integrated Management System (ISO9001 / ISO37001 / ISO45001 / ISO14001 / ISO14001).
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Min two (2) years of experience in Interior Design field.
- Positive working attitude and discipline, aggressive and proactive.
- Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
