To support the logistics team in daily supply chain operations, including inventory management, shipment coordination, documentation, and process improvement. The intern will gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, transportation management, and logistics software.

1.Shipment Coordination

• Assist in planning and scheduling inbound/outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Track shipment status and update internal systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).
• Prepare shipping documents: Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Airway Bill.

2. Inventory Management

• Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Update inventory records and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and flag low-stock or overstock situations.
• Assist in labeling, organizing, and zoning warehouse items.

3. Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure all logistics documents are complete, accurate, and filed properly.
• Assist with customs clearance documentation (import/export).
• Check compliance with trade regulations and company policies.

4. Warehouse Support

• Help with receiving, put-away, picking, and packing processes (as needed).
• Use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Identify and report damaged goods or safety hazards.

Requirements :

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP are a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
