Job Description
- Assist in data entry for daily financial transactions into accounting records.
- Support invoice issuance and payment tracking (accounts receivable).
- Help with expense claim checking and document verification.
- Organize and maintain financial documents and filing system (softcopy & hardcopy).
- Assist in bank reconciliation and recording of bank transactions.
- Help prepare documents required for audit, tax, and compliance purposes.
- Liaise with internal departments to collect necessary financial information.
- Assist the finance team in any ad-hoc administrative or accounting tasks.
Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

Positive, proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to take on new challenge
