Job Description:
- To provide office administrative support and handling admin daily matters.
- Responsible for the office administration activities including quotation, purchase order, delivery order, invoice, and other documentation.
- Responsibilities to handle sales operation including sales enquiries, sales ordering, collection, payments record, and customer database update and order confirmation posting.
- To work closely with sales person, warehouse person in charge & suppliers.
- Supervise and follow up with warehouse on stock arrangements and inventory check
- To carry out such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Business/Admin is an advantage.
- Preferably 1–2 years experience in sales, admin, or customer service
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and good time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Have own transport
