Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join a leading Premium Automotive organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications that support business operations, sales platforms, and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React JS, with the ability to deliver scalable and high-quality software solutions in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React JS

• Develop and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services to support business-critical applications

• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend components using React JS

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions

• Participate in system architecture discussions and technical design reviews

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in development, testing, and production environments

• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

• Support system integration activities with internal and external platforms

• Contribute to application performance optimization, scalability, and security improvements

• Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 7 years of software development experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot

• Strong hands-on experience with React JS

• Experience developing RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture

• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle

• Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or cloud platforms such as AWS

• Experience developing enterprise-scale applications

• Exposure to CRM, sales platforms, automotive systems, or dealer management systems is an advantage

• Previous experience in system integration projects is preferred
