Responsibilities:
- Project Management (Waterworks Systems)
- Lead and manage waterworks projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, and technical specifications.
- Develop and implement project plans, including milestones, resource planning, scheduling, and risk management for water treatment system installations.
- Prepare and review project documentation, technical drawings, and reports using AutoCAD or equivalent software.
2. Site Implementation & Project Execution
- Oversee on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment systems.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and resolve site issues.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant regulatory requirements.
3. Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate project updates, technical requirements, and site issues clearly to all stakeholders.
- Support coordination between engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure alignment of project objectives.
4. Problem Solving & Technical Support
- Identify project risks and technical issues early and provide practical solutions to ensure smooth project progress.
- Support troubleshooting during installation and commissioning stages to ensure system performance meets design requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in project execution methods and system efficiency.
5. Team Coordination & Leadership
- Coordinate and guide site teams to ensure efficient execution of project activities.
- Support and mentor junior staff or site personnel to improve technical understanding and performance.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and effective communication within project teams.
