Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Logistic role based in Balakong. The role involves receiving, checking, and organizing incoming stock, ensuring accurate quantities and quality standards. The Warehouse Logistic team member will pick, pack, and prepare orders for stores and consignment counters according to delivery schedules. Responsibilities include updating inventory records, assisting with stock counts, and maintaining proper storage and labeling for efficient retrieval. The role also covers coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners on delivery arrangements, handling basic documentation for stock movement, and ensuring a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. The team member may support simple export-related tasks and assist with resolving stock discrepancies or delivery issues a

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal teams, transport partners, and store personnel professionally.
• Good Analytical Skills to check stock accuracy, identify discrepancies, and support basic inventory and data reporting.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Export processes, including warehouse operations, stock flow, and basic shipment documentation.
• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail distribution is preferred.
• Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) and handle physical tasks safely.
• Basic computer literacy, including data entry and use of inventory or warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum secondary school education or equivalent; further relevant certifications are an advantage.
