Job Title: Technical Support Enginee

rWorking Location: Kuala Lumpur, specifically in Puchong, Selango

Key Responsibilitie

s:- Collaborate with the product design team to determine product testing parameter

s.- Write, create, and update test plans and develop test cases for products in line with software and hardware enhancement and development cycle

s.- Ensure all tests and procedures comply with company and industry standard

s.- Oversee software and hardware readiness to ensure products are fully functional and ready for sale to customer

s.- Develop testing automation procedures and programs in alignment with the product development cycl

e.- Prepare and maintain testing automation procedure documentation for technician

s.- Prepare test reports for team leader

s.
Requiremen

ts:- Recognized degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, or Telecommunication Engineering, or equivale

nt.- Knowledge of technical support and testing for hardware and software produc

ts.- Familiarity with Niagara Framework, Building Automation, and Analytics Technologi

es.- Understanding of instrumentation sensors and field communication protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, e

tc.- Skills in programming languages such as C++ and Python are an advanta

ge.- Solid understanding of TCP/Networking and relevant protoco
