Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for the management of project documents as well as supporting ad-hoc administrative duties within the project.
- Preparation, organization, coordination or project documentations according to customers’ specification
- Editing, formatting and publishing of documentation accordingly to required templates.
- Maintaining document changes.
- Ensuring on time submission of documentation deliverables.
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above in relevant fields
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in document controller, document management, project administrative, etc.
- Meticulous and proficient in Microsoft Offices.
- Strong verbal English communication skill.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
