We're Hiring: Project Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries regarding product availability and pricing in a friendly and professional manner .
• Communicate and work collaboratively with internal and external team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle administrative task such as logistic arrangement, prepare meeting minutes or sales report to management.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
• No prior experience required – comprehensive training will be provided.

Working Details

Industry: Motorsport

Location: Near Sepang International Circuit

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekend work is required during race events, with replacement leave provided.
