Position: E-Commerce Admin

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations for e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, and Carousell
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
• Process incoming orders promptly and ensure accurate fulfillment coordination
• Upload and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, images, variations)
• Perform regular inventory updates including stock levels, pricing adjustments, and product availability
• Conduct routine checks to ensure all listings are accurate and up-to-date
• Handle campaign setups, vouchers, or platform promotions (if applicable)
• Ensure smooth day-to-day backend operations without constant supervision

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Shopee, Lazada, or similar e-commerce platforms
• Able to work independently and take ownership of daily tasks
• Strong sense of urgency and responsibility in handling orders and customer messages
• Good written communication skills with ability to respond professionally (no slang/short forms)
• Familiar with inventory management (manual updates, pricing, stock control)
• Basic photo editing skills using Canva (Premium account will be provided)
• Detail-oriented and able to spot errors in listings or pricing
• Able to multitask and prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Performance Expectations (Important):

• Customer inquiries must be responded to within 1 hours during working hours
• Orders must be processed within 30 minutes
• Inventory and pricing must be updated accurately with minimal errors
• All communication must maintain a professional tone at all times

Preferred:

• Experience handling high-volume SKUs or fast-moving products

Note:
This role requires hands-on execution. Candidates should be confident in performing tasks independently without constant guidance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
