Job Responsibilities
* Contact potential customers via phone to introduce the company’s products and services.
* Understand customers’ needs and provide suitable solutions and recommendations.
* Follow up with customer inquiries and maintain good customer relationships.
* Answer customer questions and handle sales-related inquiries professionally.
* Update and maintain customer records and sales activities in the system.
* Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Conduct sales presentations and promote products over the phone.
* Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Job Requirements
* Minimum SPM qualification; candidates with sales, telemarketing, telesales, or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
