Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
- Basic understanding of administrative processes or willingness to learn tendering procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
Added Advantage:
- Internship or academic exposure to procurement, administration, or documentation work.
- Familiarity with tendering platforms or systems (e.g., E-Perolehan) is a plus but not required.
- Basic knowledge of business, procurement, or contract processes.
Preferred Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
