- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations across multiple warehouse locations within Peninsular Malaysia.
- Ensure efficient receiving, unloading, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements through systematic inventory control processes.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to support uninterrupted sales fulfilment and business operations.
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Develop and implement warehouse operational procedures, policies, and best practices to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with Sales teams to ensure timely order processing and customer delivery commitments are met.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, order fulfilment rate, delivery turnaround time, and warehouse utilization.
- Lead, supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel to ensure high performance, productivity, and compliance with company standards.
- Plan and optimize warehouse space utilization, storage systems, and workflow to maximize operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, security, and housekeeping standards across all warehouse facilities.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, operational issues, customer complaints, and delivery-related matters.
- Manage transportation and logistics coordination for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Travel regularly between warehouse locations to monitor operations, conduct audits, and provide operational support.
Requirements :-
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably managing multiple warehouse locations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, and distribution management.
- Proven leadership experience in managing warehouse teams and operational performance.
- Experience with ERP, inventory management systems, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Willing to travel frequently across Peninsular Malaysia.
- Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
- Willing to work extended hours and weekends when required to support operational demands.
