About the role

Join an exciting e-commerce business as an E-Commerce Executive at Deli Malaysia E-Commerce Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role based in Setiawalk Puchong, Selangor, you will be responsible for driving the online sales and marketing strategy to support the company's growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

1）Sales & Performance Management

• Drive shop performance to achieve monthly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Monitor order audits and coordinate shipments to ensure timely and successful deliveries.

2）Product & Content Optimization

• Manage product listings, including new product launches, pricing updates, stock adjustments, and content enhancements.
• Propose design materials for shop decoration, category banners, and promotional visuals.

3）Promotion & Campaign Management

• Implement daily sales policies (e.g., key item promotions, discounts, and special offers).
• Plan and execute mega campaign promotions, overseeing end-to-end processes.

4）Coordination & Relationship Management

• Liaise with platform representatives to resolve daily operational issues and maintain strong partnerships.
• Manage inventory for campaigns, including bulk order proposals and stock transfer requests.

Job requirements:

1）Communication & Attitude

• Fluent in English with excellent responsiveness; proactive problem-solver.
• Mandarin Speaker will be advantage.

2）Skills & Mindset

• Creative, detail-oriented, and adept at identifying and resolving issues.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to follow directives while taking initiative.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
