Salary: From RM1,800 per month

Location: No. 7, Jalan BA/10, Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit Angkat, 43000 Kajang, Selangor.

Position Available: Machine Operator

Vacancy: 1 Full-Time Position

Job Summary
We are a clothing manufacturing company seeking a dedicated and responsible Machine Operator to operate and manage production machines including Printer Machines, Heat Press Machines, and Laser Machines. The ideal candidate should be able to ensure production runs efficiently while maintaining quality standards and machine performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines according to production quality, quantity, and schedule requirements assigned by the Floor Manager.
• Read and understand Work Order requirements before production begins.
• Ensure all materials and production information are prepared before operation.
• Prioritize production of product samples.
• Carry out routine machine maintenance (daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Monitor product quality to ensure targets and standards are achieved.
• Report any machine abnormalities or issues to the Floor Manager immediately.
• Update Machine Utilization Records daily within the work group.
• Follow company procedures and safety regulations to maintain an efficient and safe working environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: SPM / STM / STPM or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Machine Operator (preferred).
• Experience operating production machines is an added advantage.
• Able to follow instructions and work procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Fast learner with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts.

Working Hours
Monday – Friday

8.30 AM - 5.30 PM (Morning Shift)
5:30 PM - 2:30 AM (Night Shift)

Additional Requirement
