Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
- Handle employee recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and confirmation letters.
- Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, overtime, and disciplinary records.
- Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accurate employee data.
- Handle staff resignations, terminations, and exit interviews.
- Coordinate training and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Manage foreign worker documentation, permit renewals, and related matters (if applicable).
- Assist in employee welfare and engagement activities.
- Must have experience in JUSTLOGIN system payroll
Administration Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and daily operational support.
- Handle company correspondence, filing, and document control.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate purchasing of stationery.
- Arrange meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and manage schedules.
- Liaise with government agencies, suppliers, and service providers.
- Monitor company assets and office maintenance.
- Assist in company license, permit, and insurance renewals.
- Support management with administrative tasks and reporting.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
