We are looking for a responsible and organised Admin Assistant to join our team. You will be supporting day-to-day administrative tasks and supplier follow-ups to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with suppliers on orders, deliveries, and outstanding matters
- Handle general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and documentation
- Assist in preparing and managing invoices and purchase orders
- Coordinate with internal teams on operational needs
- Respond to emails and calls in a timely and professional manner
- Any other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
- Able to work on-site in Dengkil, Selangor
