Position Overview

We are looking for a technically inclined and AI-enthusiastic IT Intern to provide support for the company's internal systems, digital platforms, and technological tools. This internship offers practical, real-world exposure to IT support functions, web development, process automation, and emerging artificial intelligence technologies.

This role bridges the fields of Information Technology, Marketing, and Digital Development — making it an excellent fit for students who are passionate about modern digital ecosystems, workflow automation, and AI-powered innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and resolving issues related to internal IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• Support device configuration, user account setup, and software installation for new team members during the onboarding process
• Participate in website development and upkeep using CMS platforms such as WordPress and Elementor
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams on website updates, SEO enhancements, and digital content management
• Conduct website testing to verify functionality, responsiveness, and cross-device performance
• Help implement software updates and support adherence to internal IT security standards
• Investigate and assist with the deployment of automation tools or basic scripting solutions to streamline internal processes
• Engage in AI-focused projects, including hands-on experimentation with AI tools, workflow automation, and foundational AI or machine learning applications

Tools & Technologies You May Be Exposed To:

WordPress & Elementor |* HTML, CSS, JavaScript |* ChatGPT and AI productivity tools |* Agentic AI / automation platforms | *Website development and testing tools.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Foundational understanding of computer systems, operating systems, and basic networking concepts
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a bonus
• A strong interest in AI applications, automation, and digital advancement
• Solid problem-solving ability with a proactive approach and enthusiasm for continuous learning
• Able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members

Pay: RM500.00 per month
