The HR Admin Intern will support daily HR operations and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience in HR functions such as recruitment, documentation, onboarding, payroll support, and employee engagement.
Job descriptions;
- Support and participate in HR-related projects and daily operations.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Help maintain and organize employee records, databases, and documentation.
- Involve in onboarding processes and assist with staff engagement activities.
- Prepare and handle HR reports, letters, and correspondence.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR team whenever needed.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office (word, excel & power point)

Pay: RM500.00 per month
