Responsible and accountable for the following tasks:

• Able to work on daily shift.
• Oversee on daily operations for both local & outstation trucks.
• Daily update on truck movement and report to Transport Manager.
• Attend to customer enquirer and complaints on operational issues.
• Print DO from Order Management System (OMS).
• Request Touch n Go for driver trip.
• Request fuel for driver trip.
• Monitor fuel for driver trip by using Fuel Management System (FMS).
• Monitor truck movement from GPS.
• Update GPS status based on monitoring and action taken.
• Follow up with driver to reach at the destination on time according to Journal Management Planning (JMP).
• Activity Log Sheet (CC team , Overseeing Operations , No of truck follow up , Issues)
• Shift handover.
• Truck breakdown monitoring and arrangement with workshop.
• Respond to incident when driver reported.
• Fleet plus – assign trucks / Brader Assistant / Implementation.
• Any other tasks deemed fit as instructed by Superior.
• Can work shift hours.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
