Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage the full spectrum of internal HR functions. This role requires strong hands-on recruitment experience and the ability to oversee day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end internal HR operations
- Lead full-cycle recruitment activities
- Oversee onboarding process and conduct employee induction
- Ensure employees are properly set up in HR systems and internal platforms
- Coordinate internal training and development programs
- Prepare HR documentation and maintain employee records
- Support updates to HR policies and employee handbook
- Handle performance management and employee relations matters
2. Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records
- Support implementation of HR controls and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in internal HR function
- Strong hands-on recruitment experience is essential
- Good knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and HR systems
- Familiar with Malaysian labour laws and HR compliance
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
