Job Responsibilities: -

• ·The person is to responsible to preventive maintenance activities, to resolve and troubleshoot all the issues with related to factory equipment, electrical, mechanical and other related tools.

• He has to ensure the production machines, equipment & tools are functioning in full operational efficiency.

• To diagnose the facility faulty and provide an instant solution to make good of the production facilities.

• To provide technical support to the technical team during machine installation, testing and commissioning.

• To plan & execute preventive and corrective maintenance requirement.

• To generate machine breakdown reports and propose a recovery plan.

• Follow production/process specifications monitors temperatures, forming, and related controls to ensure good quality of product be produced

• Performing Machine operation according to process work instruction

• Handling Machine’s periodic maintenance Sets up machine and change the mold.

• Performing machine trouble shooting and repairing

• Ensuring machine operation at desired efficiency level

• Monitoring process quality status and report to management

• Loads raw material into machine and unloads finished product.

• Perform quality checks on product routinely by naked eye and making some judgments to fulfil quality requirement.

• Able to perform adjustments and repairs to equipment.

• Maintains production records and logs of equipment and product performance.

Job Requirement: -

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.

• The candidate without paper qualification but having strong hands-on experience in machine maintenance are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in electrical, industrial automation system, production maintenance repair and troubleshooting.

• Equipped with hands-on experience in making good of production machines.

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Able to work on Shifts (Morning, Noon, Night)

• Good attendance on work
