Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
Saturday (8am - 12pm)
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all project-related documentation, records, and reports.
- Ensure accurate filing, organization, and version control of all project materials.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related administrative inquiries and communication.
- Assist in the preparation of project correspondence, forms, and various reports.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and provide timely updates.
- Attend site meetings as required and prepare detailed meeting minutes and reports.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the project team.
- Ensure all administrative processes comply with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience in administrative roles.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination or a similar administrative support position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Close attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to conduct site visits and attend site meetings as required.
- Experience supporting project teams in construction or interior design is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
