Job Summary

The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Director in managing property development projects and corporate office fit-out works for internal use. This role involves coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Job Description

• Assist the Project Director in planning, executing, and completing property development and office fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation measures.
• Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Support admin & contract administration processes.
• Responsible and ensuring in keeping and maintaining all site reports / project documents in good order at all times.
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the management.
  
  

Requirements

• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management / Engineering / Quantity Surveyor or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in the property development or construction industry.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel for site visits.
