As we continue our rapid expansion, we are on the lookout for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as IT Intern, supporting our internal operations with technical assistance and gaining valuable real-world exposure in a fast-paced tech environment.

Position

IT Intern (Based in Sungai Petani)

Key Responsibilities

Provide basic IT support to users for hardware and software issues Perform basic PC and laptop troubleshooting. Assist with software installation, configuration, and updates. Assist in troubleshooting network and internet connectivity issues. Perform routine IT maintenance and asset inventory updates. Provide general support to the IT team on daily operations.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree student in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic knowledge of PC hardware and software troubleshooting. Familiar with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications. Basic understanding of networking concepts is an advantage. Willing to learn and able to work independently. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Internship letter from university (if applicable).

Job Type : Internship

Shift Type : 5 working days a week

Allowance : RM 800

Performance KPI: Not applicable (internship)
