Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, bills of quantities (BQ), and tender documents.
- Evaluate tenders, quotations, and contracts from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow to ensure projects remain within budget.
- Prepare progress claims, interim valuations, and final accounts.
- Measure and value work done on-site in accordance with contract requirements.
- Assist in contract administration, including variation orders and cost control.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Prepare cost reports and provide financial advice to management.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, financial, and company procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates may apply if applicable).
- Knowledge of construction materials, contracts, and costing methods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant QS software.
- Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
