岗位职责

Job Scopes:

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with telco key accounts and their channel teams.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for daily communication, conflict resolution, and business planning.
  • Conduct structured dealer engagement sessions to align on, Dealer buy price / cost, Suggested Retail Price (SRP), Profit margin structures, Negotiate and finalize volume-based discounts, rebates, or trade term agreements.
  • Ensure alignment with internal pricing strategies and profitability goals.
  • Develop monthly or quarterly promo mechanics (e.g., top-up cashback, device bundle offers, referral incentives).
  • Work with marketing teams to prepare and roll out channel-facing promotion materials.
  • Review promotion effectiveness and adjust future plans based on data and market response.
  • Analyze sales reports, and prepare updates for internal management and telco partners.
  • Highlight risks and propose corrective action when KPIs are off track.
  • Coordinate on new product launches, price updates, or promo rollouts.

Requirement

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in key account, dealer, or telco channel sales.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with telco products (prepaid/postpaid SIM, data plans, device bundles).
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools.
  • Able to travel to dealer locations and conduct on-site visits if required.
