Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any field
• Available to commence internship in June/July 2026
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Able to commit to the full internship duration

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Intern to support daily administrative and customs-related operations. This role offers valuable exposure to import/export processes and logistics coordination in a dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
• Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of all customs-related documents
• Provide administrative support including data entry and maintaining accurate transaction records
• Assist in processing import and export permits, licenses, and related documentation
• Ensure documentation complies with customs regulations and import/export requirements
• Support ad-hoc duties related to customs and logistics operations as assigned
