Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Eager to learn and comfortable with field exposure or partner visits
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets a plus)
  • Own transport and a valid driving licence is an advantage (but not required)

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to support our growing team. This internship is ideal for someone curious about business development, sales strategy, and the automotive industry. Additionally, someone who wants real exposure, not just coffee runs.


Responsibilities
:

PARTNER OUTREACH & ACQUISITION SUPPORT

  • Assist in identifying potential automotive partners (dealers, workshops, related businesses)
  • Support outreach efforts including research, call preparation, and follow-ups
  • Help coordinate onboarding activities for new partners


PARTNER ENGAGEMENT

  • Assist in maintaining communication with existing partners
  • Support the team in understanding partner needs and documenting feedback
  • Help prepare partnership materials, decks, and proposals

RESEARCH & REPORTING

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
  • Assist in compiling performance data and preparing summary reports
  • Track partner activity and flag key trends to the BD team

CROSS-TEAM SUPPORT

  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams on partner-related tasks
  • Support internal projects and strategic initiatives as needed
