Job details:

  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Location: Puchong
  • Salary: RM2,300.00

Job Responsibilities:

Equipment Diagnostics, Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Assist the Service Team in conducting equipment diagnostics, testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities.
  • Assess products returned from B2C and B2B customers, as well as service centres, to determine product condition and suitability for resale, reuse, refurbishment, recycling, or disposal.
  • Perform modular repair and replacement works using available spare parts and components.
  • Support spare part harvesting activities from non-functional units when necessary.
  • Conduct spare part verification and validation to ensure compatibility and accuracy with company products.

Service Documentation & Inventory Control

  • Maintain accurate service records, repair documentation, and inventory tracking.
  • Assist in monitoring spare part availability and stock movement.
  • Ensure proper documentation of repair status, testing results, and service reports.

Service Centre Coordination

  • Coordinate and liaise with outsourced service centres and principals regarding repair and technical matters.
  • Support the monitoring of technical activities at service centres to ensure timely completion of repair and service cases.
  • Ensure service centres provide quality workmanship and complete technical reports.

Onsite Technical Support

  • Provide onsite technical support and assistance to service centres when required.
  • Support sales and marketing teams with technical knowledge, troubleshooting, and product-related matters when needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma, preferably in Electronics, Audio Technology, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge in electronics troubleshooting and repair is an added advantage.
  • Willing to learn and hands-on with technical equipment and devices.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with inventory handling and documentation will be an advantage.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
