Job Summary: We seek a client-focused professional to handle inquiries, prepare quotations/contracts, manage records, compile reports, support sales/marketing, and assist management in achieving goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
• Prepare accurate sales quotations, tender documents, and contracts tailored to customer requirements.
• Compile and deliver weekly sales and service reports to support performance tracking and decision-making.
• Maintain and update customer records and databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Assist the Sales and Marketing team with activities such as trade shows, mass mailings, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage and maintain MDA and ISO record.
• Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager.
• Handle additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
• Actively participate in team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

Key Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in related Science discipline (preferably Life Science).
• At least 2 - 3 years experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Customer oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in MDA & ISO is a plus.
• Familiar with products knowledge.
• Organized, good coordination and follow up skills.
• Competence in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
