Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and monitor daily production operations.

* Operate and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment.

* Ensure production activities meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

* Monitor production output and identify opportunities for process improvement.

* Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

* Prepare production reports and maintain accurate documentation.

* Support continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field (preferred)

* 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment

* Experience in machine handling, operation, and troubleshooting

* Knowledge of ISO 13485 requirements is an advantage

* Strong problem-solving and communication skills

* Able to work independently and in a team environment

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
