iGreen Office Furniture Sdn Bhd is looking for a responsible and organized

Assistant Operations Manager – Logistics to support our daily logistics, delivery coordination, warehouse movement, and installation operations.

This role is suitable for someone who can lead a team, solve problems quickly, and ensure customers receive a smooth and professional delivery experience.

Job Responsibilities

Manage daily logistics and delivery arrangements.

Coordinate with internal teams, customers, drivers, and installers.

Monitor warehouse movement and delivery documentation.

Supervise logistics team performance and job completion.

Handle delivery issues, urgent changes, and customer feedback professionally.

Support project delivery planning and operation improvement.

Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in logistics, warehouse, operation, or related field.

Experience in leading a small team is preferred.

Able to communicate clearly and solve problems under pressure.

Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

Basic computer skills required.

Experience in furniture, renovation, project delivery, or bulky item handling is an advantage.
