The Website Maintenance Executive is responsible for ensuring the company website remains updated, functional, secure, and user-friendly. This role involves monitoring website performance, updating content, resolving technical issues, and supporting digital marketing initiatives to improve online presence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update website content, including products, services, images, banners, and promotional materials.
• Monitor website performance and ensure optimal functionality across all devices and browsers.
• Identify and troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and broken links.
• Coordinate with web developers and external vendors for technical enhancements and maintenance.
• Perform regular website backups and ensure website security measures are up to date.
• Upload new products, services, and promotional campaigns as required.
• Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
• Ensure all contact forms, inquiry forms, and e-commerce functions are operating properly.
• Generate periodic reports on website performance and user engagement.
• Support digital marketing activities related to website campaigns and lead generation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, or other Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with website analytics tools and SEO practices.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WordPress website management.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and online ordering systems.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
