About the role

The Associate Executive, Materials planning is responsible in managing and optimizing Novugen Materials planning. The incumbent will be well verse in areas of pharmaceutical material planning

Key Responsibilities: -

• Ensure for PR Creation based on materials shortages and compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards in all materials planning activities.
• Material release planning & coordination with QC as per production schedule and plan.
• To manage inventory and ensure that material resources are consistent with production schedule.
• Materials Reservation.
• To understand training of self and supply chain team based on schedule TNI.
• Proficient with Microsoft office tools i.e. Word, Excel, MS Project & PowerPoint
• Collaborate with cross function department to optimize materials planning efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Good communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationship internally and externally
• Ensuring minimum inventory level at plant as per company norms
• Follow up with QA/QC on the release of Materials.
• To ensure on timely material requirement as per lead time for ordered materials for scale up, exhibit and commercial usage based on agreed forecast and inventory planning.
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, planning or related preferred.
• 1+ years’ related experience from Pharma, FMCG, and Healthcare industries, specifically in Material planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient in using systems / software / tools relevant to supply chain management, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry etc
• Strong intrapreneurial skills and mindset from start up to established organization
• Versatile and resilient, ability to stay positive in ambiguous environments and work towards delivering results

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,250.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
